Recently, Sinotruck Africa took the initiative to adjust the structure of its marketing strategies, products, improved and differentiated its competitiveness, and successfully won a big project, which involves 100 units of C7H tractors and more than 1 million worth of spare parts.
This project is a renewal project of a large logistics company in Africa, which is classed as one of the leading companies in the logistics industry that could have a tremendous impact on its local market. Since the bidding stage of this project, it has been foreseeable that our staff in the Africa office would encounter fierce competition, the competition mainly came from a famous European brand. But our staff never stepped back, they rose up to challenges and dealt with the difficulties with full confidence. In response to customer demands, they put forward a unique Sinotruck-style solution, and finally won the favor of this logistics company. Literally we could barely describe the richness of challenge we have overcome during the whole project by any language. But in the end, under Mr. Jiang’s leadership who is the overseas project manager, all the Sinotruck’s staffs stick together as a unit, and made concerted efforts, overcame difficulties, cross over barriers again and again, additionally we had superior products and experienced service team, eventually, we successfully acquired this big order of C7H products.
However, this is not the end of this project for Sinotruck, this is only the start. We hope to establish a sound, effective and comprehensive service system for users. It will be a gradual process and we will gradually expand our service network so that more and more Sinotruck users will be able to enjoy our service at the same standard.
